We contracted for 3 trees to be trimmed and 2 trees to be completely removed (all wood to be removed & stumps grounded). One of the trees was a goliath of a tree. We set a date for him to start and he asked if it was ok to come a few days earlier to trim the 3 trees (Black Walnut) we wanted thinned out which was ok with us. They then came on the day we scheduled to start (he called us the night before to let us know what time they would be there) with the trees we wanted removed. Mike & his crew were punctual, friendly & very professional and safety conscience. They repaired any damage to the lawn (from the heavy tree trunks falling in the yard) and also threw in a free tree grind on another tree we had removed several years earlier. We told Mike we would definitely use him again! My husband and I were very happy with the price and the work was excellent!
I received several quotes to have 2x 30 foot pines removed and these guys were the most competitive in the Dayton area. Two days after I called, the owner was on my front door to give me his assessment and I liked him from the start. He's been in the business locally since he was 16 and knows his stuff. He pointed out other trees that we should consider addressing in the future (ie - hanging over our main power line, etc). We have a lot of older-larger trees that we are particular how we wanted them. He listened and wrote down exactly what we wanted in the estimate. Six days after his assessment, they took the trees out. They also took some side brush piles I had to boot at no extra charge. I will definitely consider using them in the future for our tree trimming....also for our yearly brush piles which they can throw through the chipper (brush is especially a pain to get rid of via the trash as they require it to be put into 4ft x 2ft bundles). We had two huge maple trees that needed work. One near the house and on a busy street, it was trimmed up and looks great. Second tree, near back of house and garden needed to be taken down completely. They had no issues with the size of the trees or the confined spacing. Wood was cut to length desired and stacked for us. The clean up job was great. Highly recommend and they have great prices!
We had 3 large Black Walnut trees trimmed, another large Black Walnut tree removed plus one other goliath of a tree right next to our house removed. They took away all wood, grounded the stumps and cleaned up the yard. Mike and his crew were punctual, friendly & were professional and safety conscience. The price was more than fair and we will definitely use him again!
